Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in technology systems and processes.

• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse technology team, including software development, IT operations, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

• Innovation & Development: Oversee the development of new products, services, and systems. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

• Technical Operations: Ensure the efficient and secure operation of all IT systems and infrastructure. Manage system upgrades, data security, and disaster recovery planning.

• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key technology suppliers.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology department’s budget. Ensure cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality results.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all technology practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement and manage technology risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to support business initiatives through technology. Act as a technology advisor to the executive team.
